How to Place an Order
U.S. Teleflorist handles delivery to all areas in the Continental United States, and Canada, and offer two ways to place an order:
1. Online: When you browse our online catalog, an order button will appear below each thumbnail picture of an arrangement.
If you want more information on the arrangement in question, you’ll click on the “more info” button. When you’re ready to order, you’ll click on the “order” button, and be taken directly to a secure order checkout page.
All of our transactions use our secure server, which utilizes a secure socket layer, along with Netscape and Microsoft Internet Explorer encryption technology to protect your personal information.
Note: If you do not wish to transmit your credit card information over the Internet, then please call us at 800-677-8185. We will be delighted to process your order personally.
2. Telephone: If you’d rather order by phone, we suggest you browse the online catalog first. Once you have decided upon an arrangement, simply make a note of the catalog number and name of the arrangement and call 800-677-8185 (01-361-575-2307 outside the U.S.). If you have questions or just can’t decide on the right arrangement for your occasion, our floral professionals are more than able to advise you on your selection.
Special arrangements are not available in our on-line shopping areas. Please call us at 800-677-8185 for all special orders and special modifications to arrangements.
Limitations on All Orders
Sometimes seasonal conditions and regional location affect the availability of certain flowers and plants. For example, specific colors of a variety may not always be available, or the flowers at the end of their blooming season may not meet our quality standards. When substitutions become necessary, the scale of the arrangement will determine the type of substitution we make. We guarantee the substitution will be of equal or greater value and will maintain the style and color harmony of the original order.
Same-Day Delivery in U.S. and Canada
In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Friday on orders received before 12:00 noon and Saturday before 10:00 a.m., both in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods) and locally. orders placed after 12:00 noon will most likely be delivered the following day. If you have any doubt as to when you think your order will be delivered, please contact us by phone at 800-677-8185.
Peak Floral Delivery Periods
At peak floral holidays, such as Valentine's and Mother's Day, same day delivery may be difficult. Please order at least one to two days in advance if possible, or consider sending a sympathy tribute to the home following the services instead.
Sundays and Legal Holidays
Delivery service is not available in many areas on Sunday or legal holidays. Arrangements or gifts requested for these times must be delivered the day before or day after the date requested.
Requests for Morning or Afternoon Delivery
We will be happy to honor requests made for time-specific delivery for orders received at least 24 hours in advance (excluding those made during peak floral delivery periods). Please note however, that in some cases delivery may not be possible within the specific time constraints requested due to circumstances beyond our control.
